Hey, I Didn’t Sign Up For This!

Yes you did...you just didn’t take it into consideration

Don’t worry, I’m not referring to my newsletter in the title! If you’re getting this email then your sign-up was a success. :)

Speaking of success, I’m referring to what’s hidden 99% of the time whenever you come across people who’ve made it in one pillar of life.

Think of the most renowned athletes, artists, and businessmen you’ve heard of. How many of them gained notoriety and fame seemingly overnight?

Lots of them, for sure.

We see Messi win the World Cup in his last game. We see the expensive purchases and the fancy dinners.

Social media’s a hotspot for how successful people seemingly live 24/7.

But that’s only from OUR perspective, as spectators.

Behind the scenes, we don’t see what goes on for the players.

I say spectators and players because life is a game. Everything is an implied game because we are competing with one another, consciously or unconsciously.

And if you have as much ambition to improve your life as I predict you have…

Then this will apply to you in any game you wish to win.

When I started growing my brand on Twitter, I signed up to expand the message of self-development and help tons of clients get results in their lives.

Looking back, I should’ve been way more mentally prepared…

I didn’t realize I signed up for putting in 5x more effort than I initially thought.

I didn’t realize I’d have days on end where progress was slow or halted.

And I gained an even deeper, more profound respect for those who’ve found success.

It’s easy to sit on the bleachers. That’s why the spectators talk big.

Being a player in the field of entrepreneurship, I realize just how difficult it can get. But I wholeheartedly accept this difficulty.

Because what makes the good times good is after you’ve endured enough of the bad times to be rewarded in proportion. That’s a fundamental, universal law.

A law that, if you can deeply internalize, will yield unimaginable dividends in anything you put your mind to.

This is why I needed to begin this series of developing success with the metaphysical realm.

Over the last three emails, I let you peek into the world of the very few but powerful mindset beliefs I adopted.

I presented to you three key takeaways from my experiences that are easily transferable to your walk of life.

And now that your mental framework’s ready for action, it’s time that I help you devise a game plan.

With that, I’d like you to make an oath if you’re genuinely serious about this.

It’s very easy to feel good about getting ready for something, but true growth happens when you put in the action.

A sharpened sword is useless if it’s never used, after all.

So if you’re ready to dive off the deep end…hit REPLY on this email with the word READY.

Because in the following subset of emails, I’ll be going over many of the obstacles I conquered.

In hopes of helping you do the same.

With observation and planning,

Meg :)
